that you take the child out of the carrier again, before
you adjust the height. In order to raise the seat height
(for smaller children), shorten the strap by pulling it
the tightly over the clamping buckle. To lower the seat
height (for taller children), lengthen the strap by loose-
ning it from the clamping buckle. The seat is at the right
height when the child can see out well and can freely
move their arms.
C1: ADJUSTING THE CHILD SAFETY STRAP
After seating the child, fasten the child safety strap (2)
and tighten it as necessary, according to the size of the
child (C1). The height of the child safety strap can be al-
tered, according to the seat height and the size of the
child, using the adjuster (5) which is in the front po-
cket. The length is adjusted using the two glide buckles
found under the cushion (C3).
D1: PUTTING ON THE CARRIER WITH THE CHILD
SEATED
Put on the carrier with the child seated in it (D1), fasten
the chest (13) and hip straps (16), undo the catch for
the standing base using the external catch (D2). This
practical feature makes it easier for the baby carrier
to be used by one person and offers optimal stability
when putting on and taking off the carrier.
E1: TAKING OFF THE CARRIER
Be careful when taking off the carrier. Whilst still wea-
ring the carrier, push the standing base backwards un-
til it locks (E1). Take the carrier off your shoulders. Ensu-
re that your child's legs and arms are not injured when
taking off the carrier. Carefully put down the carrier
and then follow the instructions for putting it on in re-
verse. (see C1 adjusting the child safety strap).
E2: The standing base can be manually folded away
when storing the baby carrier. To do this, push together
on the catches of the buckle on the standing base (E2),
and fold away the base.
