6.1 Installation

Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up
The following instructions must be adhered to throughout all maintenance,
servicing, assembly, disassembly and repair work:
• Close off the compressed air supply.

• The wire cutting device must only be put into operation by authorised
personnel (in Germany see TRBS 1203).
Install the DAV on a cleaning station, welding device or ATS rotor.
1 Screw the DAV to a vibration-free mounting surface.
2 Adjust the mounting bracket. For optimum access and installation, the
mounting bracket can be screwed to the cylinder in four positions each
offset by 90°.
