Cause
Transmitter or chassis power switch is not ON.
Polarity or battery type is wrong.

Switch power on as per Instruction Manual P.14.
Check polarity and type as per Instruction Manual P.10~13.

Attach Antenna and as per Instruction Manual P.10,11
and extend transmitter antenna.
Run model in different area, or change the crystal
