2 Product Description

2.1 Description
The 9X25 Rocker Switch is suitable for incorporation in the definitive socket.
The 9X25 Rocker Switch is suitable for patients who cannot generate
enough muscle signal to control a myoelectric prosthesis but who want to
take advantage of the high rehabilitation value of myoelectric prostheses.
Should the rocker switch be mounted in the provisional socket, the patient
can practise the control or switching as early as the first stage of the rehabil­
itation. This will ensure a smooth transition to the use of the definitive pros­
thesis.
The rocker switch is used to control the prosthetic components with digital
control and to switch between the prosthetic components. It can be used in
combination with MYOBOCK electrodes, linear transducer and 4-step trans­
ducer.
2.2 Function
By pressing one side of the switch rocker, the switch will reach control point
S1 and activate the control signal A. Control signal A is active.
By pressing the other side of the switch rocker, the switch will reach control
point S2 and activate the control signal B. Now the control switch B is solely
active.

The rocker switch features 2 control points that
are independently controlled. A function for con­
trol of the prosthetic components is assigned to
each control point.
