USING THE THERMOMETER
Always check for any visible damage before using the device. If you discover any
damage, do not use the device.

Check the function and accuracy of the device after any heavy impact (e.g. falling
from a height of more than 1 metre) by taking several measurements. If you have
any doubts concerning the measurement results, please contact your retailer.

Changes may only be made to the device with the consent of the manufacturer.

Only operate and store the device in accordance with the conditions specified.

Do not use any accessory parts that are not expressly approved for the device.

Do not use any additional probe covers on the device.

Do not hold the thermometer in your hands for longer than necessary. Otherwise,
the device will warm up and may read a temperature that is too low when
checking for fever.

Coloured light
If the temperature taken by the NUK Baby Thermometer 2-in-1
exceeds or equals 37.5°C (99.5°F), a red light will appear in the
probe head to warn the user of a possible fever. If the temperature
taken is below 37.5°C (99.5°F), a green light will appear.
If the probe head on the device glows red when the
temperature is measured, continue to monitor the body
temperature constantly. If in doubt about the person's

condition, seek medical assistance.
