CHANGING THE BATTERY

Keep the battery out of reach of children. There is risk of ingestion.

With the device switched on, repeatedly press the
ON/MEM button to display up to 25 previous
measurements. The memory is represented by the
symbol in the LCD display.
Changing the temperature display from °C to °F:
With the device in room temperature mode, press and
hold the SCAN button while, at the same time, pressing
the ON/MEM button for 3 seconds.
The characters on the LCD display change: "°C" to "°F".
The same procedure applies when switching from °F to °C.
With the device switched on, press and hold the
ON/MEM button for 3 seconds. The silent mode symbol
starts to flash on the LCD display. Silent mode is
activated by releasing the ON/MEM button. There will be
no more sounds made. The same procedure applies to
deactivate silent mode.
To switch off the thermometer, press and hold the
ON/MEM button until "OFF" appears in the LCD display.
