To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.
2 - Turn off the circuit-breaker to disconnect it from
the electrical mains.
3 - Remove the bottom plate (C) and the grid (D)
from the oven and clean them thoroughly.
4 - Clean the inside parts of the oven to remove
any deposits which may impair its operation.
5 - Dry the surfaces and reassemble the compo-
nents.
To carry out this operation,

8 - Turn off the burners, disconnect the pressure
gauge and return all components to their initial
condition on completion of the operation.
