2.5.2 Timeshift

Timeshift temporarily records a program until you switch channels. To set the Timeshift function, see section
3.3.4.3. It is therefore possible to resume viewing a program being recorded using
(PLAY/PAUSE) buttons. Press STOP to view the live event.

2.5.3 File recognition

The multimedia files that can be read by this device are:

Playing recorded files
To view a recording made with the receiver, among the files located in the corresponding working folder,
access the Multimedia - My Recorder - Recorded List menu (section 3.3.4). Chose the file from the list
available and press OK to see a preview. Press OK again and the recording appears full screen.
Reading personal files
To view a film, music or photos located in a personal folder on the USB memory device connected to the
receiver, access the Multimedia menu. Select the type of file to reproduce from the options available My
Album / My Music / My Movie. Navigate between the folders using
view/listen.

2.6 Hotel Function (advanced protection)

This receiver has an advanced protection function called, Hotel. This function disables access to the menu,
leaving the user with only the basic functions of the receiver including channel change, volume control,
Teletext, audio language and subtitle selection.
To activate and even deactivate this advanced function, press the following buttons in order MENU, 1, 6, 8,
8, 8 and OK (MENU, one, six, eight, eight, eight, OK).
