SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE TRAMPOLINE

All users, regardless of age, must be supervised by an adult.
•
It is this supervising adult's responsibility to ensure that each user has sufficient
knowledge of the safety instructions in this manual.
•
Do not use the trampoline in strong winds, cold (freezing) weather or very hot weather
(the metal parts become very hot). Use the trampoline in good light conditions.
•
Somersaults must not be permitted, the landings can be dangerous.
•
Only one person at a time may use the trampoline to prevent any risk of collision and
incorrect judgement of bouncing.
•
The trampoline must be carefully inspected before each use, particularly the assembly
and the structure.
•
Never jump with hooks or parts pointing upwards towards the user. Formal footwear
must not be worn. Avoid wearing baggy clothing or jewellery, which may get caught or
cause scratching.
•
Never allow a person to pass or remain underneath the trampoline when in use.
•
The trampoline must only be used if the jumping mat is thoroughly dry and clean. If torn,
it must be replaced.
•
When climbing onto the trampoline, the user must place his hands on the frame, avoi-
ding touching the protective padding as much as possible when mounting or dismoun-
ting. Do not dismount by jumping.
•
When using the trampoline, maintain a central position in the middle of the trampoline.
Avoid jumping or walking on the protective padding.
•
Do not use the trampoline under the influence of alcohol or medication. These substances
adversely affect your reaction time, your judgement and your physical coordination.
•
Discontinue use when you feel tired.
•
Do not perform jumps if pregnant or if suffering from high blood pressure or heart di-
sease.
•
If your trampoline needs to be moved, 3 to 5 people are required to lift it up and move
it sideways, always keeping the trampoline in a horizontal position.
