6. Basic Operation

Functions

In this menu you can program the TV switch-off Control the Recor-
ding Menu or activate CEC (Consumer electronics control) to con-
trol the devices connected by HDMI with the TV remote.
Auto power off: Choose the desired option to program
the TV auto power off. Off; 1 Hour; 2 Hours; 3 Hours; 4
Hours. After the selected time has elapsed, the TV will
automatically enter Stand By mode. This option is per-
manent. If you want to deactivate it, go to this menu
and select Off.
Recording Menu: To control this menu, you will need to
insert a USB disk into the corresponding port.
The menu gives you the following options:
-Select disc to burn
-Setting the live pause (Time Shift)
-Start recording
-List of programmes
-List of recordings
CEC: In this menu you will be able to activate the control of other
devices connected by HDMI with the remote control of the televi-
sion; to allow to turn off and on the device or to give audio output
through the HDMI 2, port with ARC.
Adjustments
In this menu you can set the on-screen menu time, the auto power
off timer, activate the location (Home or Store mode) and some
quick settings such as menu language, antenna type, etc...
On-screen menu time: You can select how long you want the on-
screen menus to be displayed: Off; 10s; 20; 30; 40; 50; 60s
Timer: Select the TV's auto power off time. This option restarts
the "Off" mode each time the TV enters Stand By mode.
Location: The system gives you two options: Home and Sto-
re. This option changes the image setting according to the
chosen option by increasing the panel illumination for Store
mode and lowering it slightly for Home mode
Quick Adjustments: These settings define certain TV para-
meters such as menu language, antenna type or subtitle
language.
