INTRODUCTION
Electric drum pump designed for pumping fu-
els, water based media, light oils, DEF & select
chemicals from metal drums of 55 gallon or
275-330 gallon IBC's
WARNING: Carefully read the manual be-

cautions throughout this manual.

WORK AREA
• Keep your work area clean and well lit.
Cluttered benches and dark areas invite
accidents.

PERSONAL SAFETY

• Pump should be operated by trained person-
nel only.
• Always wear Safety Goggles when using the
pump.
• Always use Gloves when using the pump.
• Do not point the discharge end towards
yourself or anyone as there is potential haz-
ard for injection into skin / eyes.
• Never allow any part of the body to come in
contact with the operating fluid.
• Before operating the pump , check hose for
signs of wear , leaks or loose connections. If
hose is weak , worn or damaged, replace the
hose immediately.
• Incase of an accident, immediately seek
emergency medical attention. Do not try to
treat the injury yourself.
• Use only genuine factory parts for repair.
• Do not smoke when using / near the pump.
• Do not use the pump near a source of spark /
open flames etc.

• Built-in 2" bung adaptor fits directly onto
metal drums of 55 gallon. Bung adapter can
be adjusted by 0.6" to adjust to drums with
varying heights. Includes an additional bung
thread converter for converting 2" standard
bung threads to 2.5" X 5 mm buttress for us-
ing pump with IBC's
• Telescopic suction tube extends from 33-1/2"
to 49" for use with 55 gallon drums or 275-
330 gallon IBC's.
• Supplied complete with 6.6' hose & manu-
al dispensing nozzle with 3/4" OD Stainless
Steel Spout.

Viton, POM, Stainless Steel, PE, NBR, PP.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Diesel, Kerosene, Bio Diesel, DEF/ Adblue, Wa-
ter based media, Antifreeze, Detergents, Pesti-
cides Herbicides, Urea, Light oils with viscosity
upto 100 cst.
DO NOT USE WITH:
Gasoline, Corrosive chemicals, Lacquer thin-
ners, any material that is not compatible with
the pump construction.
