Do not use the device at low temperatures, because the cold
reduces the effectiveness of the lubrication of moving parts
and can drastically reduce battery capacity.
Never immerse the E-Scooter or the battery charger in liquid.
Do not drop the E-Scooter, and protect it against impacts,
when transporting it.
Do not convert or modify the E-Scooter without our express
agreement. Never use additional devices that have not been
supplied or approved by us.
Do not cover the battery charger: risk of damage due to
overheating.
Only use the battery charger supplied with the device to
charge the E-Scooter.
The battery's electronic components or battery may be
damaged if dust, dirt or water are allowed to enter them. The
surface on which you use the device must be as free from
dust and loose particles as possible. Never use the device on
wet or damp surfaces.
3.1. Handling the E-Scooter battery
The E-Scooter uses a lithium-ion battery. Read the information
below about how to handle lithium-ion batteries:
WARNING!
Risk of chemical burns from leaking battery fluid.
Never open up the E-Scooter casing, and never
take it apart or try to modify it. You could injure your hands
or fingers, or battery fluid could get into your eyes or onto
your skin. If you do come into contact with the fluid, rinse the
affected area with plenty of water and contact your doctor
immediately.
