without force.
Turn the gas cartridge to the right (in a

clockwise direction as viewed from the
cartridge base), screw in and ensure that
the gas cartridge is fastened correctly,
see Fig.

cartridge.
Open the valve.Turn the black control

knob to the left until it comes up against
the stop, see Fig.
ATTENTION! If the valve is not com-
pletely open, the flame could backfire.
In a safe area, aim the shaft of the unit
