5. Initial use

Note
Before using the stress releaZer for the first time, let it charge for a minimum
of 4 hours. Proceed as follows:
Charging the stress releaZer
• Connect the micro USB charging cable to the mains adapter and the stress
releaZer (

Alternatively, you can also charge the stress releaZer with the charging
cable via the USB port on your computer or laptop (
When the device is charging, the function light will light up alternately in a
circle. When the stress releaZer is fully charged, the function light will be
permanently illuminated. The battery will last for approx. 3 hours when fully
charged (with heat and light function activated) or approx. 11 hours with-
out heat and light function. Charge the stress releaZer again as soon as the
function light flashes blue during operation.
