Connecting the pressure lines
Damage to the pressure lines!
If pressure tubing protrudes into the travel range of the
slide or the components, the tubing can be damaged or
torn away.
O Make sure during installation that the pressure
tubing connected at the intermediate stop cannot
protrude into the travel range of the slide or the
components.
1.
Connect the pressure lines to the intermediate stop.
2.
Connect the pressure lines to the rodless cylinder
as described in operating instructions RTC/CKP
R402003540.
Adjusting the fine adjustment
1.
Pressurize the rodless cylinder so that the fine
adjustment screws in the stop bracket are pressed
against the stop ring in the intermediate stop.
2.
Adjust the position of the slide by turning the
adjustment screw and fix it into the desired position
by tightening the nuts (12) against the stop bracket.

Setting the slide position
order
The order of the slide positions depends on the order
pressure is applied to the connections on the
intermediate stop and on the rodless cylinder.
P1 in these instructions: left for horizontal
orientation or top for vertical orientation

Home position
direction right), to the top (effective direction down),
to the very right (effective direction left), or to the very
bottom (effective direction up)
Retracted position
to the cylinder so that the slide hits the stop bracket.
Extended position
from the cylinder so that the slide travels past the end
stop at the stop bracket.

Description
Slide in home position
Detent is moved to
retracted position
Slide travels to intermediate stop
Detent with shock absorber is in
retracted position
Detent with shock absorber remains
in
retracted position
WARNING! Prior to moving from the
intermediate-stop position, it is
mandatory that the two air chambers
are pressurized. Otherwise, the slide
will travel toward the empty air
chamber and the exhaust air throttling
will have no effect.
O Pressurize the two cylinder
pressure chambers, even with
a vertical installation in the
intermediate position, so the
cylinder is disabled. The pressure
for the top air chamber must
be reduced to the point that gravity
is offset.
Detent with shock absorber is moved

extended position
Slide travels to the
extended position
Slide travels back to the home
position
Detent with shock absorber MUST
remain in extended position
