Transformerless central inverter
Insulation and earth fault monitoring must be switched in such a way
|
that the central inverter is immediately disconnected from the grid
when it is triggered. Grid disconnection options:
Interrupt auxiliary power supply.

Insert section switch.
|
Signal input X21.9: If the device must be switched off quickly,
|
assign signal input X21.9 (230 V, 10 mA) (see Chapter 3.7.3,
page 36).
Auxiliary power supply fuse
16 A, type B or similar.

Notes on transport

Risk of injury due to incorrect attachment!
Material damage or personal injuries may be caused if the central inverters
are incorrectly attached when lifted. The central inverters have a high,
eccentric centre of gravity. If this centre of gravity is not taken into
account, the load can tip over during lifting and transport. This can result
in personal injuries or material damage.
Only attach the central inverter to the transport forks.

Check the centre of gravity of the device, paying attention to the
|
marking on the packaging.
Use steel cables > 1500 mm.
|
For the hanger assembly, only use standardised steel cables which
|
have been approved for transporting the tension load specific to the
device.
Only raise the device with undamaged and securely seated transport
|
rails.
Material damage due to incorrect transportation!
Material damage may be caused if the central inverters are improperly
transported.
Transport the device in an upright position only.

Only transport the device with undamaged and securely seated
|
transport rails.
Transport the device in a fully assembled state.
|
Ensure the transportation method produces low levels of vibration and
|
impacts.
If an industrial truck is used, only raise the central inverter from the rear.
|
Remove the base panel when using an industrial truck.
|
Material damage caused by condensation!
If the device is moved from a cold environment to an electrical operating
area, condensate may form, causing damage to the electronic equipment.
Before commissioning, the device must be absolutely dry.
