WARNING: Do not touch the blades during operation! Extra care shall be taken when handling the
sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during the cleaning process! During operation the cup shall
only be remove when the speed level is set between 1 and 3.
NEVER remove the cup when using the Turbo mode and when setting the speed over level 4 to avoid
hot food and liquid splashing! Only use the measuring cup provided from the manufacturer to avoid any
hazards! Never exceed the maximum filling mark to avoid getting burned by hot food splashing! Do no
touch the stainless steel surface during operation as it may become hot, only use the handle to move
and remove the bowl! Keep children away during cooking operation and warn them about the danger of
hot surface.
Cooking and mixing recipe tips:
Recipe type
Chocolate: 500gr
Melted chocolate
Water: 50gr
Potato: 250gr
Carrots: 50gr
Creamy mixed Onions: 30gr
vegetables soup Water: 800gr
Cheese: 50gr
Cream: 200gr
5. Using the "Butterfly" whipping mode
Step 1
Plug the appliance into an earthed
grounded outlet.
Step 4
Add the ingredients onto the bowl.

Break roughly chocolate
then add it onto bowl
Cut the vegetables in
cubes before adding
them onto the bowl

Insert the bowl without the cover
lid onto its base with the handle at
the front facing you, make sure it
locks into place with the Z1 part
into the Z2 part and push it gently
into position.
Step 5
Place the cover lid on the bowl
by turning it clockwise until its
locking position then insert the
measuring cup onto the cover
lid and turn it clockwise until the
marking on the cup matches with
the marking on the cover lid.
Mixing 15 seconds at speed 10. Set
temperature at 40°C and speed at 1,
when it is melted turn anti-clockwise
the speed button to 00 to stop.
Add ingredients except the cream
onto the bowl then mix them for
10 min. at speed 10.
Set the temperature at 100°C with
time at 11 min. and speed at level 4.
At 1 min. before the end, set speed
level to 3, open the cup, add the
cream and put back the cup.
When it is finished turn anti-
clockwise the speed button to 00
to stop.
Hold the ball-shaped end of the
whip, insert the whip on the upper
part of the blade until you hear a
"click" sound.
Press the I/O (ON/OFF) button to
I (ON) to switch on the appliance,
you will hear a "beep" sound
indicating the machine is on.
