START-UP

Insert the plug into the suitable earthed - or CEKON plug.

Now turn on the rocker switch. The light of the LED in the switch shows you that
the unit is connected to the power supply and that you can now start working with
it.

The machine should be cleaned in accordance with our cleaning instructions
under point H before using it for the fi rst time.

Place your cream container beside the machine on the working table and hang the
end of the suction tube in the liquid cream.

Set the air regulator to position 1 - 2 and press the manual button until cream
comes out of the garnishing tube. If the consistency of the cream is not as you
would like, please read section E (Setting the air regulator).
If the pump does not siphon the water or cream immediately, then fully unscrew the air
regulator from the unit and add a few drops of water directly into the pump. Then screw
the air regulator into the unit again and press the manual button. The pump is now
ready to siphon again.
You do not need to keep the button pressed down to produce cream. You can lock
the button after pressing it by turning it. The machine will now whip the amount of
cream you like. By turning the button back, it is unlocked again and the machine stops
immediately.
Caution:
The machine has no self-shut-off mechanism. When the cream
container is empty, the pump will run dry and damage will occur. Never
leave the device running unattended.
