Fault Possible cause Remedial action
Ice cubeshave an unpleasant
odor/flavor.
Ice which is stored for a tong time may
absorb odors which impair their taste.
The ice cube container is dirty.
Unsealed packagesin the freezer
transfer odor/flavor particles to the ice
cubes.
Disposeof old ice cubes. Use the ice maker more
frequently.
Empty and wash out the ice cube container.
Check whether the frozen food has been packed in
airtight containers.
Ice maker is not producing any ice.
Cleanthe inside of the appliance.
The ice cube container is in the false
position.
The water pressure is too tow.
The freezer compartment temperature
is too high.
A wrong water valve has been
instattedt.

Reinsertthe container and slide it backwards to the end
position (seesection "Variable interior design").

between 25 and 120 p.s.i. (1.72-8.25 bar).
