10. During parking manoeuvres, the system will use two beepers (in the front and in the
rear of the vehicle) to correctly inform the user about the position of the obstacle with
respect to the vehicle, according to the following criteria:
a) The volume of the front beeper will increase if the system detects an obstacle
getting closer to the front side of the vehicle.
b) The volume of the rear beeper will increase if the system detects an obstacle
getting closer to the rear side of the vehicle.
CAUTION
The volume of the beepers has been carefully chosen to be optimal for product use.
It is the responsibility of the user to make sure that other audio noises generated by
audio equipment or passengers do not impede the hearing of Toyota Parking Aid
warnings.
