If the Test Stand is using cylinder holders, the cylinder counts from
right to left:
•
Cylinder 1 is the closest to the Test Stand
•
Cylinder 2 is the next to the left
•
Cylinder 3 is the last on the left
•
Fresh Air is the top connection on the last installed cylinder
holder
•
To change the gases on a particular cylinder:
NOTE: If background gases could be present, connect a zero air
cylinder (P/N 801050) to port #3 (the bottom port). This
requires a Test Stand with expanded solenoid capacity.

select the new gasses in one of two ways:
1) By cylinder part number:

2) Individually select each gas and the value in the cylinder.
•
You can select up to five gases for each cylinder.
•
If you have less than five gases, set the remaining gases to
NONE.
Net Setup
•
This allows the user to configure the optional Network Interface.
Network Status
•
This selection provides improved troubleshooting capability for
network use.
•
A plus (+) indicates that a good connection is made to the Test
Stand or Network Interface located that side.
•
A minus (-) indicates that no Test Stand has been found on that
side.
•
Proper network operation will not occur unless all Test Stands are
communicating properly to each other and to the Network
Interface.
