You can take the pressure by leaning your arm on the case with
the palm of your hand facing upwards, ensuring that the device is
at the same height as your heart, as shown in Fig.2
We recommend taking the reading from the left arm. However, if
this cannot be done, you can do it with the right arm, remembe-
ring that all readings must be taken from the same arm.
Fit the device on your wrist. Ensure that there is a space of 1-2cm
between the palm of your hand and the device.
Any piece of clothing that may be exercising pressure on your arm
must be removed.
Steps for taking a reading:
1) Press the on/off button (F).
2) The screen will display all the symbols of the same. You will
then feel a slight pressure on the cuff and the reading will com-
mence. Do not move or speak.
3) Once the pressure required is reached, it will start to deflate. If
this is not sufficient to take a reading, the device will automatica-
lly reinflate to a greater pressure.
