For any maintenance please note the following warnings:
During the replacement of any fi lter element, ensure the perfect closing
of the fi lter, checking the correct alignment of symbols on the head and
the housing.
!
DANGER: A misalignment of these, could result in the expul-
sion of the housing during pressurization of the system, with the conse-
quence of projection hazard of bodies against persons of things.
!
DANGER MACHINE UNDER TENSION
Not perform maintenance while the machine is under tension or under
pressure.
Do not remove any covers of the dryer.
!
DANGER HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE!
!
DANGER MACHINE UNDER PRESSURE
!
Not perform maintenance while the machine is under pressure,
perform the following action:
1) Depressurize the compressed air system;
2) Make sure that the pressure on both gauges = 0 bar
(AIR IN "n°22");
!
Warning: the dryer is still under pressure in the
"AIR OUTLET SIDE" of the cooler
Depressurize the dryer using a valve- "air out cooler"
3)
(if installed by the user) or use the drain-valve of the
dust-fi lter (29).
Make sure that the pressure on gauge = 0 bar
4)
(AIR OUT "n°35").

Th e desiccant vessels are designed (EN 13445-3) for fatigue opera-
tion with continuous cycles of loading and unloading for a maximum
period of:
20 years for models 60-90.
6.5 Dismantling
Th e refrigerant and the lubricant oil contained in the circuit must be re-
covered in conformity with the current local environmental regulations.
Th e refrigerant fl uid is recovered before fi nal scrapping of the equip-
ment ((EU) No. 517/2014 art.8).
