These hot plates are controlled by an energy control
knob with which you can choose the heat that is suitable
for the food you are cooking (Fig. 3).

By consulting the following table of cooking methods
and considering the amount of food being cooked, turn
the control knob to the left, to the correct setting for the

dish you want to cook. The "on" control indicator light
will come on.
To switch off the hotplate, turn the control knob to the
setting 0. The heat indicator light will switch off once the
electric hot plate surface has cooled down.
Cooking with large amounts of liquid.
Cooking large dishes.
Cooking receptacles without lids on.
