Operating Instructions for SATA Automatic Guns
US
8.3. Use with material circu-
lation
Information!
If the automatic gun is used with
material circulation, the following
connection possibilities are rec-
ommended.
■ Install a return pressure regulator
at the material outlet.
■ Use a smaller line cross-section for
the material return.
This ensures that the paint nozzle
is always supplied with sufficient
material.
The automatic gun can be used
with material circulation. This
keeps the material used in mo-
tion, preventing it from standing
still.
■ Disconnect automatic gun from
compressed air circuit and material
supply.
■ Screw dummy plug [5-1] out of
nozzle head.
■ Connect circulation line with gasket
to material connection for material
circulation [5-2].
Information!
To use the automatic gun again
without material circulation, it is
necessary to reinstall the dummy
plug and screw it in against the
stop. Secure with Loctite 242.
Pay attention to damage and
contamination and replace com-
ponents as required.
