Risk of injury from sudden component separation or escaping
material.
Due to the high operating pressure, components in the material connec-
tion section could detach and/or material could escape unexpectedly.
→ Configure all components in the material connection section for the
maximum operating pressure.
→ Use SATA paint hoses.

If the compressed air circuit and material supply are not disconnected
before performing maintenance work, components can detach and/or
material can escape unexpectedly.
→ Always disconnect paint spray gun from compressed air circuit and
material supply before performing any type of maintenance work.
→ Depressurize the system.

Damage due to loose screws
Loose screws can lead to part damage or malfunction.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and check for tightness.
■ Before performing any maintenance work, stop the compressed air
supply to the compressed air connection [1-8] and the material supply
to the material connection [1-10].
