• Use of solvents and cleaning agents based on halogenised hydrocar-
bons! Chemical reactions which may occur when using these sub-
stances could be explosive!

Use
• Use only solvent-resistant, antistatic, undamaged and technically flaw-
less air hoses with a permanent pressure resistance of minimum 10
bar, e.g. Art. No. 53090!
Ensure the following conditions:
• Use a compressed air connection G 1/4 male thread or a fitting SATA
connection nipple.
• Ensure minimum air volume (air consumption) and pressure setting
(recommended spray gun inlet pressure) according to chapter 2.
• Use clean compressed air, e.g. by installing the SATA filter 484, Art.
No. 92320
• Use an air hose with minimum 9 mm inner diameter (see warnings),
e.g. Art. No. 53090.
43. Check if all screws [2-1], [2-2], [2-3], [2-4] and [2-5] have been
tightened firmly. Tighten fluid tip [2-1] firmly by hand (max. 12 Nm)
according to [7-4]. Check if locking screw [2-5] has been firmly tight-
ened according to [10-1]. Tighten, if necessary.
44. Rinse material passages with suitable cleaning solution [2-6], ob-
serve chapter 8.
45. Adjust air cap: vertical spray fan [2-7], horizontal spray fan [2-8].
46. Attach gravity cup [2-9].
47. Fill gravity cup (max. 20 mm below upper edge), close with the lid [2-
10] and insert anti-drip device [2-11].
48. Screw connection nipple [2-13] (not included in delivery) onto the air
inlet.
