For each charge or discharge parameter there is a separate Set-up menu with an asso-

SETTINGS IN MANUAL MODE

The following settings have to be entered manually before a charge or discharge process
can be started in manual mode; this ensures that the charger is able to work through the
process efficiently when in this mode:
• Battery type
• Cell count
• Battery capacity (or battery voltage for LiPo and Pb)
• Charge current
• Discharge current
Note: Values in the first line can only be changed when the arrow symbol is flashing.

the corresponding line is indicated with an arrow at
the right-hand margin. Pressing the 'ENTER' button
starts the set-up procedure. At the right-hand mar-
gin you will see an alternating '+' and '-' symbol;
using the '+' or '-' button you can now enter a new
value for that parameter. Press the 'ENTER' button
to conclude the setting process. The sequence of
screen displays reproduced here shows the
method of altering the charge current as an exam
ple.
