STARTING-UP
1) Attach hose (703) to lance (705) and elbow chamber (125).
2) Release cover (704) and pour in liquid to be sprayed without removing filter (105).
3) Fit the sprayer on your back, adjust the fixed strap (712) and the strap with fastener (709).
4) Move the lever (711) 8-10 times by gripping the handle (126) to obtain pressure. Operate the handle (706) and regulate the nozzle
(100) until reaching the desired pressure and spray, bearing in mind that 10-14 strokes per minute give a flow rate of 0.6-0.9
litres/minute.
NOTE: The sprayer leaves the factory set for using the lever with the left hand (minimum effort) and the lance with the right one
(greater treatment accuracy). If you wish to work the other way around, proceed as follows : Release bolt (495), turn elbow chamber
(125) to orient the hose (703). Remove bushing (338) by inserting a suitable screwdriver in slot A -placed below an indicating rib- and
turning it. Place lever (711) in the centre hole in the base and fit bolts (495). Swap the straps, fiting the fixed one (712) in the space
provided in the base, which can be opened with a knife, and the one with the fastener (709) in its corresponding housing.
MAINTENANCE-MOST FREQUENT MALFUNCTIONS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
1) Clean the sprayer and the circuits of liquid, including the filters, after each working day. This can be done by working the device
with clean water, adding a little household detergent if desired.

unscrew the valve (118) and replace the viton seal (120) with a new one. Re-assemble by following the above instructions in
reverse order.
3) Nozzle (100) obstructed. Clean with water jet or non metallic instruments.
4) Handle (706) jammed. Apply a few drops of oil between pipe (702) and handle (706).
5) Filter (112) dirty. Remove from grip (113) and clean.
6) Store the sprayer under cover, avoiding freezing temperatures and extreme heat.
