•
Use roller supports on both sides of
the saw when cutting long stock.
•
When cutting a warped or twisted
board, place it with the outside of
the curve against the fence.
•
To simplify repetitive cut-off work
use a stock stop (optional acces-
sory).
•
Keep surfaces of rotating table and
saw base clean – in particular,
remove resin residue with a suitable
cleaning and maintenance spray
(optional accessory).

12. Repairs

Danger!
Repairs to power tools must be
carried out by qualified electricians
only!
Power tools in need of repairs can be
sent to the service centre in your coun-
try. See in the spare parts list for the
address.
Please attach a description of the fault to
the power tool.
13. Environmental Protection
The saw's packaging can be 100 %
recycled.
Worn out power tools and accessories
contain considerable amounts of valua-
ble raw and plastic materials, which can
be recycled.
These instructions are printed on chlo-
rine-free bleached paper.

14. Trouble Shooting
A
Danger!
Prior to any servicing:
1.
Switch Off.
2.
Unplug.
3.
Wait for saw blade to come to
standstill.
Check to see that all safety devices
are operational after each fault ser-
vice.
Motor does not run
No mains voltage
− check cables, plug, outlet and mains
fuse.
Loss of cutting performance
Saw blade blunt (possibly tempering
marks on blade body)
Saw blade unsuitable for the material;
Saw blade warped
− replace saw blade (see section
"Maintenance").
Saw vibrates heavily
Saw blade warped
− replace saw blade (see section
"Maintenance").
Saw blade not properly installed
− mount saw blade properly (see sec-
tion "Care and Maintenance").
Saw rocks
Fastening screws loose
− retighten fastening screws.
Rotating table does not turn smoothly
Chips under rotating table
− remove chips.
Fence bent
− install a straight fence.
