BEZZERA STREGA
MOD.
3 - DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE
3.1 Description of working cycle
S/R Versions
The water from the water mains (VERSION R) or from the tank on the rear of the machine (VERSION S), by
means of a pump, enables boiler loading and, through a relief valve set to 12 bars (1.2 MPa), exchanger
loading. The water in the boiler, heated by a resistance, warms the water in the exchanger. Lowering the
group lever, the water is directly pumped from the exchanger to the group chamber; when the group lever
is released, coffee is brewed.
