SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES

Do not run car when using buffer/polisher in enclosed area.
Do not put fingers, objects, or tools between guard and pad holder while machine is
running.
Always start and stop polisher against car surface. Otherwise the bonnet could be thrown
from the pad.
Keep children at a safe distance from the work area.
Do not force the tool. Grip the polisher firmly with slight downward pressure. Pressing too
hard will slow down the machine's movement and affect the quality of the work.
Do not operate tool if guard is damaged.

TOOL ASSEMBLY

TO REMOVE PAD: Use ½ inch socket wrench to remove the center bolt. Insert flat blade
screwdriver between polisher and the pad as shown. Turn bolt clockwise. To replace pad turn
bolt counterclockwise.
OPERATION
3
by Wagan Tech
1. Fit a clean bonnet on the pad.
2. Spread a teaspoonful of wax evenly over bonnet surface.
3. Apply 2 swirls of cleaner/glaze over the wax on the bonnet, NOT
DIRECTLY ON THE CAR.
The most common error is applying too much wax and
cleaner/glaze. If pad becomes saturated, POLISHING WILL
BE MORE DIFFICULT AND TAKE LONGER. It may also reduce
pad life.
4. For additional applications of wax and cleaner/glaze, use 1 swirl.
The bonnet will not absorb as much when reloading.
Badly oxidized paint may require several applications. Do not
use abrasive compounds.
