-This product is only indicated for domestic use. Do not use
the appliance outdoors. Never leave the appliance exposed to
climatic agents such as rain, snow, sun, etc.
-This product can be used by children of 8 and more years old as
well as by disable people, people with reduced sensorial o mental
capacities, people with lack of experience and knowledge, if the
appropriate supervision and instruction of use was provided
them in reliable way and they understand danger it entails. The
cleaning and maintenance allow to be realized by the user, must
no be realized by the children, only in case they are more than
8 years old and only under supervision.
-Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of the children
younger 8 years old.
-Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with
the device.
-If your product has been dropped do not use it or try to repair
it. Take it to the JOCCA technical service.
-This siphon is designed to prepare the cold foams only. Never
heat bath siphon nor deposited on the hot surfaces.
-Never open the siphon before you remove the air pressure
inside.
-After use, let it stand and check there is no gas left in the siphon
pressing the handle (you can do this over sink, for example).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1-Before the first use, clean the siphon with warm water.
2-Before using the siphon, you need to cool it with cold water or
keep it about an hour in the fridge. We recommend the second
option to optimize foam preparations.
3-Fill the container with the ingredients you want.
IMPORTANT: Fill the siphon with maximum two thirds of its
capacity. Make sure the mixture is lump-free and well blended
not to obstruct the foam coming out.
4-Make sure the silicone joint of the inside head part is placed
correctly.
5-Screw tightly the head in the container.
6-Screw the decorating nozzle to be used on the nozzle holders.

7-Place the capsule N20 in the capsule holder, so that the
charging valve coincides with the air inlet of the head of the
device. Figure 1.
8-Screw tightly the capsule holder in the device head. You will
hear a sound that means that the gas has been introduced into
the siphon (you must use only one capsule per preparation).

9-Shake the siphon vigorously 4 or 5 times in vertical position.

10-Let the siphon stand in the fridge.
11-Now you can use the siphon to decorate your dishes. We
recommend you to check the texture of the foam before preparing
the dish (for example, extract some foam over the sink). Put the
siphon upside down and gently press the handle 1 centimeter
distance from the food, until the foam comes out. If the foam
comes out too liquid, shake the siphon again. Figure 5.
NOTES:
-Do not shake the siphon too much, 4 or 5 times are enough.
Otherwise, the mixture may be too thick.
-To decorate your dishes always use the siphon vertically (upside
down).

CLEANING AND STORAGE

1-Ensure that there is no gas in the siphon by pressing the handle
(you can do it over the sink, for example).
2-Unscrew the capsule holder and remove the air charge.
3-Unscrew the decorating nozzle, and then - the head nozzle
holders.
4-Unscrew the head of the container.
5-Remove the silicone joint for the inside part of the head.
6-Then you can remove the foam outlet valve through the inside
part of the head.
7-Clean each of the elements of the head with the cleaning brush
supplied with the product.
8-Clean the siphon body with hot water and soap. Rinse and dry
it with a cloth.
