Depth adjustment lock knob – used to lock the
cutting head in position.
1. Loosen the depth adjustment lock knob (Fig. 18).

2. Hold the depth adjustment handle to raise or
lower the saw blade to the desired position.
3. Turn the depth adjustment lock knob to lock the
cutting head in place.
Depth stop adjustment knob – used to adjust the
lowest position of the blade:
1. Loosen the depth adjustment lock knob fully and
the locking nut (located under the depth stop ad-
justment knob) (Fig. 19).
2. Use the depth adjustment handle to lower the cut-
ting head to its lowest position.
3. Holding the head down with hand, turn the depth-
stop adjustment knob to raise or lower the lowest
position of the blade.

4. Tighten the locking nut.
5. Tighten the depth stop adjustment knob and
depth adjustment lock knob.
NOTE: To cut all the way through the workpiece,
make sure that the lowest position of the blade is
3/16" (5 mm) below the surface of the work table
(Fig. 20).
