Waffles alla Brussels
Use the following ingredients for about
6 waffles:

200 g butter

120 g sugar

200 ml milk

350 g flour

2 eggs

1/2 pkg. baking powder

1 pkg. Vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

about 50 ml of mineral water

grated lemon peel
Proceed as follows:
1. Beat the eggs until creamy.
2. Add butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and
salt and continue beating until creamy.
3. Add the lemon peel.
4. Mix the flour with the baking powder
and stir in alternating with the milk.
5. Last, add a small dash of mineral
water to the batter.

Cleaning and care

mains plug in water or other liquids.
Never hold the appliance under run-

ning water.
WARNING
Risk of burns due to hot surfaces
Allow the appliance to cool down be-

fore cleaning.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage to the non-stick coating of
the baking surfaces.
Do not use scouring agents for

cleaning to avoid damage to the ap-
pliance.
Proceed as follows:
1. Unplug the mains plug from the sock-
et.
2. Wipe off the appliance with a damp
cloth.
3. Clean the baking surfaces (6, 7) with a
damp cloth.

Storage

If you do not need the appliance for a
longer period of time, clean it as described
in the chapter Cleaning and care
(page 19).
Store the appliance and all accessories in
a clean, dry and frost-free location pro-
tected from direct sunlight.
