Engine Oil
Select the appropriate engine oil viscosity based on the ambient temperature and use the SAE Service Grade Viscosity Chart below.
This machine is lled with SAE 15W-40 at the factory.

Engine Oil Change Procedure
1. Ensure the Roller is on a level surface and the operating handle in the storage position. Apply the Park Brake.
2. Open hinged side canopy, ensuring door stay is correctly engaged.
3. Cut the cable tie which secures the oil drain hose to the water tank spine plate and then pull the hose clear of the side of the
chassis.
4. Remove the bung from the end of the oil drain hose using 2 x 22mm Spanners and drain the oil into a suitable container.
5. Once fully drained, re- t the bung to the hose and attach the hose to the water tank spine plate using a cable tie.
6. Remove the oil ll plug which is situated to the right of the recoil on the engine using a 28mm Spanner.
7. Use a funnel and pour the oil into the ller hose. Care must be taken whilst lling to ensure capacity is not exceeded. Use the
dipstick on the left hand side of the engine to check the oil level.
8. Re- t the oil ll plug and close the canopy.
9. Check that the machine functions correctly.
