SOLVING PROBLEMS

PROBLEM
The device will not turn on.
The drying time is very
long (6h)
The device suddenly turns
off
CAUSE
• T he unit is not plugged in.
• Problem with the house-
hold electrical system/
blown fuse.
• T he clothes are too bulky.
• The clothes have not
been wrung out.
• The outer cover is not
properly positioned and
air is escaping.
• The air vents are blocked
by clothes or something
else, the device is
automatically turning off
for safety reasons.
• T he time of 360 minutes
has been exceeded.
SOLUTION
• Check the functioning
using another power
outlet.
• C ontact the Official
Technical Service.
• Reposition the outer
cover.
• If the limit time has been
exceed, turn the device
off for at least 30 minutes
before starting a new
cycle.
