9. Maintenance.
Attention! The front panel must never be opened when the refrigeration unit is powered
up!
Uninterrupted and efficient operation of products is ensured by a system of preventive measures
for care, supervision, diagnostics and all types of repairs that are carried out routinely in a timely
manner and aimed at maintaining the equipment in good order.
9.1. List of maintenance jobs:

settings of the automatic control and protection

Checking the mounts of the refrigeration unit,

electrical connections, their tightening
Setting the automatic control and governance

systems, maintaining them
Check for refrigerant leakage, eliminate it if

necessary
Refuelling the system with the refrigerant, adding

oil to the compressor
Checking the software in the controllers and
8 resetting them depending on the production
requirements
Attention! If lubricant oil needs to be added to the compressor, the same type of oil must be
used as that specified on the compressor.
10, Disposing of monoblocks
10.1. In accordance with the waste disposal regulations in force in each individual country, in
the case of the refrigeration cabinet junking, it must be divided into components so as to be
handed over or recouped accordingly. The constituent refrigerating units can not be considered
as solid municipal waste.
10.2. The following materials must be used in the manufacture of monoblocks:
- Zinc coated sheet metal: Body and internal parts
- Ferrous sheet metal: Body and internal parts
- Copper pipes: Condenser and evaporator
10.3. The equipment uses Hladon R 404 A cooling agent with high greenhouse effect potential
(GWP), therefore it is forbidden to cut and / or separate components of the cooling circuit,
such components must be transferred in a general way to specialized centers for the
recovery of cooling gas.
