Before installing the chain hoist, make sure the construction on which the unit is to be mounted is
sufficiently strong to support the weight and load of the hoist. When mounting the device pay particular
attention to avoid risk and injury. Make sure that when lifting, chains tension in a straight line and that the
load will not strike objects or persons in the vicinity. Ensure unobstructed access to the electricity plug at all
times. Make sure the power source reflects the parameters on the rating plate!

Carefully remove the load from the hook. One the load is raised or lowered to its maximum position, the
hoist will aromatically cease further lifting / lowering to prevent damage to the chain or load. Whenever
a danger occurs, press the emergency stop button immediately, which will stop the hoist. In order to resume
operation, press the emergency stop button and twist it clockwise as far as possible.

STORAGE
The machine must always be stored without any load. Remove the dirt. The chain, hook pins and hook latch
pins must be lubricated. The machine must be hung in a dry place. Follow the instructions provided in this
manual before reusing the machine.
INSPECTIONS
Before using the machine, the new or repaired machine must be checked by qualified technical personnel
who have knowledge and experience within the scope of operation and maintenance of this type of machine.
The machine must be checked regularly by means of visual control of the machine's condition, before, during
and after use. The inspection must be performed by the machine's operators. Any irregularities in machine
operation, as well as any damage must be reported to the proper technical personnel. Do not use the ma-
chine if damages or any irregularities in its operation were found.
POSSIBLE HAZARDS DURING USE
Mechanical hazards may occur during operation. The mechanical hazard occurs in situations in which injuries
can result due to the mechanical effect of different components, e.g. machine parts, tools, etc.
The basic mechanical hazards include squeezing, crushing, cutting, pulling in or catching; impact; puncture;
abrasion; as well as slipping and stumbling.
These hazards can occur both during normal machine operation and as a result of irregularities in operating
the machine. These irregularities might result in machine failure.
The mechanical hazards can result from: moving machines, transported loads, moving elements, sharp/rough
elements, dropping elements/loads, slippery uneven surfaces, limited space, location of the work station in
relation to the ground (work at heights and in depths).
