(GB) 028-821 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove
the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment / frame members.
2.
Remove the bumper. Remove the insert bumper. Remove the rear panel units supporting the
insert bumper. The insert bumper and the supporting units will no longer be used. Screw back
the removed bonding units to their place.
3.
Lower the rear exhaust muffler from the rubber brackets, and remove the heatshield.
4.
Cut out the heatshield in accordance with the attached figure, and remount it (see Figure 1).
5.
Drill through the bottom of the frame member, see Figure 2. Take care that you should drill
through only the bottom of the frame member.
6.
Loosely fix the accessories marked with (4) and (5) into the frame member at points „a" with
the attached bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
7.
Loosely fix the crossbar (1) at points „b" with the attached bonding units in accordance with the
drawing.
8.
Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

9.
Cut out the bumper in accordance with the enclosed Figure 3.
10. Remount all the removed parts onto the car (except for the inside bumper).
11. Mount the towing ball (2) and the socket plate (3) onto the crossbar.
12. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

14. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

10. Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra (kivéve a lökhárítóbetétet).

Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítı pontok területén a védıragasztót távolítsa el.
Távolítsa el a lökhárítót. Távolítsa el a lökhárító betétet. Távolítsa el a lökhárítóbetét tartó hátfal
elemeket. A lökhárító betét és a tartó elemekre a továbbiakban nem lesz szükség. Az
eltávolított kötıelemeket csavarja vissza a helyükre.
Engedje le a hátsó kipufogó dobot a gumibakokról, majd távolítsa el a hıvédı lemezt.
Vágja ki a hıvédı lemezt az 1. ábra alapján.
Fúrja át az alvázgerenda alját, lásd 2. ábra. Ügyeljen, hogy csak az alvázgerenda alját fúrja át.
Lazán rögzítse a (4) és (5) jelő tartozékokat az alvázgerendába az „a" pontokon mellékelt
kötıelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) a „b" pontokon a mellékelt kötıelemekkel a rajz alapján.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

Vágja ki a lökhárítót a mellékelt 3. ábra alapján
ellenırizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelı nyomatékkal.
