MODE
Press PLAY MODE button before or during playing CD/MP3 disc, each press switches the mode
function as follows:
1. REPEAT: plays the current track continuously
2. REPEAT ALL: plays the entire CD continuously.
3. REPEAT ALBUM (*MP3 ONLY): plays the current album continuously.
4. RANDOM: plays the CD in random order.
Notes: :
Depending on the type of CD number, the brand, MP3 compression level, some reading problems may
occur. This unit supports most of the available brands of USB device. It is not an indication of malfunction
if some of them cannot be read.
USB operation
GENERAL OPERATION
d/k
: Press and hold to start playing tracks from USB.
Press again to stop playing USB operation temporarily.
Press again to resume playback.
h y g: Press to go to the next track or back to the previous track.
Press and hold while playing till you find the point of the sound.
i : Press to stop all USB operation.
PLAYBACK
1. Set the FUNCTION selector to CD position. Press and hold
2. Plug or slot in USB device to the port.
3. Press d/k and playback will start automatically from the first track.
4. Press i button to stop playback.
5. Press d/k button again, playback will start from the first track.
PROGRAM, MODE
The operations of PROGRAM, MODE are the same as that of CD/MP3. Please refer to CD/MP3
OPERATION.
The unit cannot read my USB device.
- Once you have plugged your device to the unit, you may need to switch on the USB device before it can
operate.
- This unit does not support a direct USB connection with a computer. You need to use a USB device, a
MP3 player or a PMP (Portable Multimedia Player without hard disk).
- Check that the files system of your USB device is formatted into the FAT or FAT 32 format. USB
device formatted into NTFS are not compatible with this unit. Caution: if you attempt to modify your
file system, formatting your device will erase all data. Please refer to your USB device's instruction
manual first.
- Warning: Connect your USB device directly to the USB port of the device. Using an extension cable is
not recommended and may cause interference and failure of data transfer.
