the legal/special guarantee does
not cover:
Defects caused by undue use,

electrical voltage outside that
specified, surge, loss of parts, lack
of phase, capacitors, bearings,
broken shaft, parts broken or
crushed or those caused by lack
of care in the transportation,
storage, coupling or energizing
of the motor, failure in the
functioning of the product arising
from the lack of supply or
problems and/or insufficiency in
the supply of electricity.
If the product undergoes damage

resulting from accidents, undue
use, lack of care, ignorance
of or noncompliance with the
instructions contained in the
Instructions Manual, if it has
signs of having been adjusted
or repaired by people not
authorized by Metalúrgica Trapp,
or if the product is exposed to
humidity, bad weather, salty air,
etc., as well as parts which have
normal wear from use.
