INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLERS
THIS HAND DRYER HAS TO BE FIXED AT PROPER DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 80 CM
Please verify that the electrical capacity of the system and the female plugs of current is adapted to the maximum
power of the apparatus. It is necessary to provide for the unit a switch of a twopole switching device with contact
separation of 3 mm.
We suggest installing at least 120cm from ground, by airoutlet distance, and at least 40 cm far away from
reflecting surfaces (washbasin) to avoid bed functioning.
For assembly, use the attached assembly sheet and the dowels and screws included in the package.
- Fix the supplied template to the wall, following the instructions provided. (fig.1)
- Drill at the 4 points indicated. (fig.2)
- Open the wall base by unscrewing the 2 screws located in the front, using a cross-tip screwdriver. (fig.3)
- Install the back portion to the wall at the desired height using the 4 screws and dowels included in the package. (fig.4)
Reposition the front portion on it and lock it with the 2 screws removed previously. (fig.5)
If the power cord is damaged should be replaced by the manufacturer or person with similar technical
qualification, to prevent any risk.
OPERATION
The hand dryer comes into operation and automatically stops by hands approaching and moving away from the
cone air outlet.
Warning: In case of an overload of internal temperature, a thermostat with automatic reset protection suspend the
operation of the engine.
This device gives the user greater safety of operation.
MANTAINANCE
Attention: before executing any maintenance operation, unplug the apparatus from the electrical network.
Clean the appliance by damp cloth with water and detergent. To ensure the durability and reliability of this product,
periodically check that the grid inlet and outlet of the cone are not clogged by dust or any equivalent material.
It is possible that over time or depending on the surrounding environment (reflective or very close surfaces) the
activation sensors need to be calibrated. The operation can be carried out simply thanks to the trimmer on the
electronic board (round element placed on the left of the sensors), using a small screwdriver with a star tip. Turning
in a clockwise direction the reading distance of the sensors will be decreased to zero (it will have to be reduced in
the case of false activations due to light reflected from the sink or polished floors). In an anti-clockwise direction the
distance will instead be gradually increased and the device will be able to detect the hands up to about 20 cm away
(it will have to be increased if the need arises to bring the hands too close to the appliance to activate it).
FILTER EPA E11 filter paper
The Epa filter inside the machine, if present, guarantees air to be cleaned from excessive dust and dirt. The filter
must be periodically cleaned with a jet of compressed air at a distance of about 20 cm. It must be replaced after a
maximum of 1000 hours of use, in conjunction with the cartridges motor brushes. The quality E11 EPA filter paper,
if maintained in good condition and replaced as required above,it is able to protect against bacteria and external
factors that can go up to 97.66% of airborne particles.
BRUSH MOTOR (carbon brushes)
The motor brushes cartridge in the drive unit has a life of 500 hours of effective operation. The duration of the same
varies depending on the conditions of use and of cleaning the filter and general mantainance of the appliance. It is
needed to contact the service in order to restore the brushes at the end of the cycle.

Do not use this product for a different function from that to which it is intended: hand dryer.
