12 MAINTENANCE
- Maintenance operations should preferably be carried out by technicians who are familiar with the machine and its
operation.
- The debris crusher requires a simple maintenance described in the following operations.
- For any maintenance operation you must disconnect the machine from the electrical network previously stopping the
engine.
- Do not forget to completely remove whatever tools may have been used in the crushing operations.
- In case of observing anomalies or malfunctions, have the machine checked by a specialized technician.
- Always keep in mind the safety recommendations mentioned in this manual.
AT THE END OF EVERY WORKING SESSION
- Open the Hopper and remove the sand from the inside.
- Clean the machine inside with the help of a compressed air blower or a brush.
EVERY 40 WORKING HOURS
- Clean front and rear filter using pressurized air.
Do not project pressurized air on the filter before removing it first. Blowing air through it while it is still into place
will also blow the sand adhered to the filter in the electric parts, thus potentially damaging them.
EVERY 80 WORKING HOURS.
- Lubricate the bearings using a Grease gun.
