Assembly Step 4
Hardware Panel 4
Hook one end of the latch
spring (17) through the small
hole at the base of the foot
pedal (4).
Hook the other end of the
latch spring (17) through the
drawbar (21) as illustrated.
Assembly Step 5
Install Clevis
Hardware Panel 5
1. Position clevis (5) on the
cart drawbar (21) as illustrated.
2. Slide two 5/16 x 1 in. round head
screws (7) through the clevis (5) and
the drawbar (21).
Secure beneath the drawbar (21) with
two 5/16 in. lock washers (9) and 5/16
in. nuts (8).
3. Install the hitch pin (12) through clevis and cart
drawbar. Secure beneath with 1/8 in. hairpin cotter (18).
NOTE: For initial use, you may need to tap or push the hairpin cotter
into place by applying some pressure with a tool.
