PROBLEM
No coffee comes out. The
indicator light G blinks
RED.
The coffee is not hot
enough.
The lever cannot be
lowered.

steady and RED.
When a button is pressed
to dispense coffee, the
machine seems to start
but then stops without
dispensing coffee, or only
dispenses a small amount.
Coffee is dispensed very
slowly, and is of poor

Troubleshooting
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The water tank is empty.
- Cold cups / espresso cups.
- Scale build-up in machine.
- The used capsule drawer
is full.
- Capsule stuck inside the
machine.
Heating problems.
Incorrect programming of
amounts.
Button C was used with an
espresso capsule.
Wrong position of pin in jug lid. See Fig. 18 and the section "Daily

Fill the tank with fresh water. Press
a button to refi ll the circuit. When the
buttons are lit up steady, the appliance
is ready to use.
- Preheat the cup.
- Descale.
- Empty the used capsule drawer.
- Remove the stuck capsule.
Turn the machine off, then on again. If
the problem persists, take the machine
to an Authorised Service Centre.
Reprogram the amount for the button.
