The Turning Flites will assist the caregiver in turning/rolling a patient in a
supine position to perform various tasks such as, inspection of skin,
treatment, and personal hygiene.
Note! The Turning Flites is designed for turning and not lifting.

Always read the label and check that the sling is in good condition
without signs of tear and wear such as loose seams, frays and material
inconsistency.

Always make sure not to exceed the SWL (Safe working Load) defined
for the product.
•
Always read the IFU for the lifting equipment to perform the turning.
Warning! Do not use the product if there is any signs of deterioration.
Do Not Wash - this product is designed for single patient use only and
should be disposed if in contact with liquid of any kind.
1. Always perform a risk assessment before starting the specific turning
session in order to make sure the product model is correct and that the
turning procedure is fully understood.
2. Before using the Turning Flites, read this IFU and the IFU for the lifting
equipment to be used
3. When soiled or stained the sling must be replaced immediately.
4. Check the Turning Flites for any fraying, loose stitching, attachments or
any deteriorations.
5. Warning: Remember to mark patient name on the care label in order to
avoid cross infection between patients.
6. After use, check sling according to the step 3 and 4 above
7. Store in a dry area.
The Turning Flites will fit most lifts with standard hangerbars with loop
attachment hooks. Check the lift manufacturers documentation for details.
