Note for V-tail models:
It is not necessary to check the direction of rotation
If your model features a V-tail, do not check the direc-
tion of rotation of servos 2 and 3 (elevator / rudder) at
this point. The directions of rotation can only be
checked and adjusted once the V-tail mixer has been
activated (
15.7.1.).

Adjusting the servo centre

) CENTR

SERVO
Menu: (
Minor deviations in the control surface neutral position
can be corrected by adjusting the servo centre. Any
major deviation must first be corrected mechanically.
Important: set the transmitter trims to centre!
Be sure to set the trim to the centre position before you
adjust the CENTRE parameter for a particular servo.
This is the procedure:
to MENU,
to SERVO,
select servo,
The current setting for CENTRE flashes in the bottom
line. If you are setting up a new model, the centre is set
to "0%" by default.
The centre can be set to any value in the range -100%
to 100% using the 3-D digi-adjustor.
A brief press
on the 3-D digi-adjustor concludes the
process. The value is stored, and you can continue
with another servo.

Setting servo (control surface) travels

) TRAVL

SERVO
Menu: (
The building instructions for your model should include
a table of recommended control surface travels. In the
TRAVEL menu you can set the travels to the desired
value "electronically", separately for each side of cen-
tre.
Moving to the TRAVL menu:
to MENU,
to SERVO,
select servo,
to TRAVL
Left stick
The current value flashes in the bottom line. When you
set up a new model, the travel is always set to 100% or
-100% for both directions by default.

Operating Instructions
This is where you set the travel separately for both
directions of rotation.
a.
Move the transmitter control which operates this
servo (e.g. a stick) to one end-point, and hold it
there.
You can now set the travel using the 3-D digi-
adjustor.
b.
Move the transmitter to the opposite end-point and
hold it there.
You can now set the travel for the opposite direc-
tion using the 3-D digi-adjustor.
A brief press
on the 3-D digi-adjustor concludes the
process. The values are stored, and you can continue
with another servo.

15.5. Aileron mixers

In the ACRO model type the C
three-input mixer for actuating the ailerons. The pri-
mary input is aileron, but spoiler and elevator can also
be superimposed on it. The result of the mixing process
is passed to servos 1 and 5.
Note: before you start setting the mixer inputs, adjust
and correct the mechanical linkage to the control sur-
face (neutral position and maximum travels
The next step is to set the control servo exactly to cen-
tre "electronically" using the SERVO CENTRE menu,
and to set identical maximum deflections in the SERVO
TRAVEL menu.
Only after this should you "dial in" the individual mixer
inputs. This is important, otherwise you will not be able
to set up identical control surface travels when the
mixer is in force.

Aileron mixer
Model with two ailerons
Primary input: Aileron Q ->Q
The aileron input has two values which have to be en-
tered. If you are setting up a new model, the values are
set by default to -100% / 100%, i.e. the aileron travels
are the same up and down. If you wish to set aileron
differential (up-aileron travel greater than down-
travel), set two different values at this point (
Input: Spoiler
If you wish to use raised ailerons as a landing aid or for
a Butterfly (crow) system, you have to dial in this input.
The default setting is 0% (no travel). In this case there
is only one value to enter, as the ailerons only move in
one direction from neutral (
