3.1.- Daily cleaning.
− The appliance must be switched off.
− Clean daily using the specific degreasing products for this purpose.
N.B.: Do not use sandy or abrasive detergents. Do not use a hose for cleaning the outside of the
appliance.
− It is recommended to clean the anti-grease filter on a daily
basis. To extract this filter see Fig. 8.
− The oven drain must be clean at all times.
− Cleaning must be done as follows:
1. Cool the oven to 60ºC, and then remove solid residues.
2. Extract the filter and clean.
3. Spray the inside of the chamber evenly.

The quantity of descaling liquid is approximated, and it could change according to the
indications of the descaling liquid manufacturer.
4. Close the door and leave the detergent to work for 5 – 10 minutes.
Afterwards, clean the oven chamber and the door seal with a wet cloth and, if necesary,
open the intermediate glass and clean this too.
NOTE: Do not use products that scratch the surface of the glass.
5. Continue with a steam cycle at 80ºC for 5 or 10 minutes. Afterwards, stop and open the
door.
WARNING: Detergents are highly active and may cause irritation to eyes and skin. Follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
1. Rinse with a large amount of water. Use the shower fitting that comes with the appliance.
(Included in HGV and optional in HGC).
2. Dry the oven setting the hot air control to 120ºC for 5 minutes. Afterwards, switch off the
electricity supply, close the water and gas valves and leave the door half open to ventilate
the chamber.
