The Shiatsu Pillow is very versatile and designed for use on the neck, back
and shoulders (see Figures 3 and 4). However, you may find it works well
for other body areas as well.
NOTE: For the neck and shoulders it may work better to use the pillow
upside down as shown in Figure 5.
